Why we grade everything

Because “there’s a study” can mean wildly different things

A result in a petri dish and a result in a proper human trial are both technically “a study”. They are not remotely the same claim. So we label every compound and every claim with how much confidence it has actually earned — and we say out loud where the evidence stops.

  1. It worked in a dish

    Cells in a lab. Interesting. Not a person.

  2. It worked in animals

    Mice aren't people, and this is where most peptide hype starts.

  3. Mostly animals, a little human

    Some early human data exists, but it isn't settled.

  4. Small human studies

    Real people — just not many of them, and not for long.

  5. Solid human trials

    Bigger, repeated, properly designed. The rarest one here.
